A guitarist, performer, and educator from Manila, Philippines, Andy Estrella is a founding member of the progressive metal bands Emergent and Lacedaemon. Drawing his influences from the likes of Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Dream Theater, Opeth, and Symphony X, his music is a combination of various textures from the Rock and Metal realms. He is also an educator with 8 years of experience in teaching students from all ages and backgrounds. A current student at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston MA, he has studied with Don Lappin, Joe Stump, Shaun Michaud, Jon Finn, Scott Tarulli, Randy Roos, and Tim Miller.
